My name is Jenna. My hair used to be long and bleach blonde, it was red, then I had a mohawk, now it's blonde again and needs to grow back. I'm an art student in my last semester. I talk with my hands and make strange noises. I wear bandanas or hats at least 5 days a week. I have some tattoos so I must be cool. The end.

Pat McGrath on Rooney Mara’s makeup in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo: “It had to look like Lisbeth did the makeup herself. Not like a makeup artist did it for her. If you’re this ultra-tomboy, you’re not comfortable getting the perfect face in the mirror, right? Instead, we kept the skin really clean and raw and focused on shaping the eyes … There was no foundation. I wanted her skin to be translucent and for it to change color in the cold.”
